Gamle Bybro, eller Bybroa, er en bro i Trondheim. Bybroa går over Nidelva fra sørenden av Kjøpmannsgata til Bakklandet. Gamle Bybro ble anlagt i 1681 i forbindelse med Cicignons byregulering og byggingen av Kristiansten festning. Plasseringen ble valgt av militærstrategiske hensyn og brua ble bekostet av kongen. Den sto ferdig i 1685.
